If the Terms of Use differs with the documents or sites, it gives priority to say the distribution site.

- Pretend to be the copyright holders.

- Use for commercial purposes, enterprises or both.
 
[PERMISSION]
- Use the voicebanks other than UTAU.
e.g. HANASU, Text-To-Speech, OpenUTAU etc.
- Distribute modified oto.ini files.
* Please clearly state: the file is a modified version, the name of the Voice bank(s), the person who modified the file(s).
- Use or process the official illustrations.
* Please retain the original forms.
- Make any derivative works.
- Upload your works to any contents sharing sites.
- Political and religious expressions that do not touch prohibited matters.
- Expression related to LGBTQ+ or sexual minorities.
- Make derivative characters.
- Make or upload the characters' 3D or 2D models.
- For non-commercial purposes, distribute or sell your works.
 
[REDISTRIBUTION]
If you are unable to get in contact with the Copyright Holder of Voicebanks within a year, you are allowed to redistribute the voicebanks and the files of them.
 
[DISCLAIMER]
Copyright holders shall not hold any responsibility to incidents, damage loss or some of them using the voicebanks, the characters or both.
You shall use the voicebanks, the characters or both at your own risk.
